BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Booking Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking a retreat with Live Your Magic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

“Agreement” refers to these Booking Terms & Conditions and any additional booking confirmation or agreement entered into between Live Your Magic and the Participant. “Participant” refers to any individual who books or participates in a retreat, workshop, or experience offered by Live Your Magic.“Live Your Magic,” “LYM,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Live Your Magic, the retreat organizer and service provider.“Services” refers to retreat programming, accommodations, group activities, and any related services provided by Live Your Magic. “Personnel” refers to Live Your Magic team members, contractors, facilitators, guides, and representatives engaged in providing the Services.

2. Provision of Services

Live Your Magic agrees to provide the Services in accordance with these Booking Terms & Conditions. All bookings are made directly with Live Your Magic. By booking a retreat, the Participant enters into a binding agreement governed by these terms. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and Live Your Magic.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Participants. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to obtain adequate coverage, including but not limited to trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, loss of personal belongings, and travel delays. Live Your Magic is not responsible for losses or expenses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

4. Passports and Visas

Participants are responsible for carrying a valid passport and obtaining any required visas or entry permits. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the retreat end date. Live Your Magic is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or denied entry due to improper or incomplete travel documentation.

5. Participant Information

Participants must provide required personal and travel information no later than two (2) weeks prior to departure, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name as it appears on passport

  • Passport number and expiration date

  • Date of birth and nationality

  • Dietary restrictions and allergies

  • Relevant medical conditions

  • Flight itinerary

Failure to provide this information may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

6. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Participant’s space on the retreat. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If booking within thirty (30) days of the retreat start date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

7. Trip Payment

Live Your Magic may offer payment plans or full payment options. Unless otherwise stated, all remaining balances must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of participation with forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Only one discount code may be applied per Participant, if applicable.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If cancellation occurs more than ninety (90) days prior to departure, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.

  • If cancellation occurs within ninety (90) days of departure, all payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or unused services.

Live Your Magic reserves the right to cancel or modify a retreat due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Participants will be offered a refund of recoverable costs or a credit toward a future retreat. Live Your Magic is not responsible for non-refundable airfare or other personal expenses.

9. Optional Activities

Retreats may include optional activities that involve inherent risk. Participation in any optional activity is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. Live Your Magic is not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in optional activities.

10. Age and Health Requirements

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless otherwise specified. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical, mental, and emotional health to participate. Live Your Magic does not provide medical care and is not responsible for health-related incidents during the retreat.

11. Photography & Media Release

By participating in a Live Your Magic retreat, Participants grant permission for photographs and video taken during the retreat to be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across all media, without compensation.

12. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others, local communities, and retreat spaces. Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or conduct that disrupts the retreat experience may result in removal without refund. Alcohol consumption must be responsible and lawful.

13. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participants acknowledge that travel and retreat experiences involve inherent risks. By booking, Participants voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Live Your Magic, its Personnel, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation, including injury, illness, or death.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Live Your Magic is registered. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate jurisdiction of that state.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Updates to Terms

Live Your Magic reserves the right to update or modify these Booking Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the Participant’s responsibility to review the most current version prior to booking.
