Cancellations, Refunds & Trip Changes

If a Participant wishes to cancel their Live Your Magic booking, the following terms and conditions apply.

Participant Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • If a Participant cancels 90 days or more prior to the retreat start date, the non-refundable deposit will be retained, and any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

  • If a Participant cancels within 90 days of the retreat start date, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or unused services once the retreat has commenced.

Once a deposit is received, all remaining balances must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Live Your Magic reserves the right to cancel a Participant’s reservation, with forfeiture of all payments made, if full payment is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the 60th day prior to departure.

Organizer Cancellations or Changes

If Live Your Magic is required to cancel or significantly modify a retreat, Participants will be notified in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

  • If a retreat is canceled for foreseeable reasons, Participants will be offered either a full refund of payments made or a full credit toward a future Live Your Magic retreat. This refund or credit constitutes full and final settlement of any claims.

  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Live Your Magic—including but not limited to acts of nature, war, labor disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions—Participants will be offered either a credit toward a future retreat or a refund of recoverable costs only. Non-recoverable expenses, including non-refundable deposits, are not eligible for refund.

Live Your Magic reserves the right to cancel any retreat at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient participation, safety concerns, or circumstances that compromise the quality or integrity of the experience. In such cases, a refund of payments received by Live Your Magic will constitute full and final settlement.

Travel Expenses & Insurance

Live Your Magic is not responsible for any losses related to non-refundable or non-transferable airfare, accommodations, visas, vaccinations, or other travel-related expenses.

Due to the above cancellation and refund policy, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Live Your Magic is not liable for incidental costs, damages, or expenses incurred by Participants as a result of cancellation, including airfare, passport or visa fees, medical costs, or accommodations.

Complaints & Refund Requests

Any complaint arising in connection with this cancellation and refund policy must first be addressed with the retreat group leader. If the issue is not resolved, a written request must be submitted to Live Your Magic within 30 days of the final day of the retreat. The determination of any refund, credit, or compensation is at the sole discretion of Live Your Magic.
